Refund & Returns Policy

At DrBeauty.tr, our goal is to provide safe, transparent, and well-coordinated healthcare travel experiences. As a medical tourism facilitator, we act as an intermediary between you and licensed clinics. This policy outlines the terms of refunds, cancellations, and modifications.

1. General Policy

Due to the personalized and medical nature of the services, most purchases are non-refundable once services are rendered or treatment plans have been executed. However, we offer flexibility in cases of cancellation or rescheduling within the scope of this policy.

2. Booking Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your medical appointment or reserve accommodation and airport transfers.

  • This deposit covers coordination, scheduling, and administration services.

  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the appointment, your deposit may be partially credited toward a future booking (subject to partner clinic approval).

3. Treatment Cancellations

  • If you cancel your treatment before travel, and no service has yet been rendered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

  • If you cancel after arrival in Turkey, refunds are not guaranteed, as clinical staff and resources have already been allocated.

4. Rescheduling & Postponement

  • You may request to reschedule your treatment with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • We will do our best to accommodate new dates without penalty, subject to availability.

  • Short-notice rescheduling (less than 72 hours) may incur an additional administrative fee.

5. Medical Unsuitability

  • If, after in-person consultation, your surgeon determines that you are not a suitable candidate for surgery, you may receive a refund excluding pre-travel coordination and medical evaluation fees.

6. Unsatisfactory Results or Complications

  • DrBeauty.tr is not responsible for treatment outcomes, medical complications, or post-operative dissatisfaction.

  • Refunds for completed treatments are not issued on the basis of personal dissatisfaction. However, we may assist you in arranging follow-up care or revision consultations with the provider.

7. Travel & Accommodation

  • Costs related to flights, hotels, and transfers are generally non-refundable, unless covered by third-party provider policies.

  • DrBeauty.tr is not liable for missed flights or visa issues that impact your medical itinerary.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at:

Include your full name, booking ID, treatment details, and reason for the request.

9. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
