2. Eligibility

You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are not seeking emergency or urgent care via this platform.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All medical information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice. Final diagnosis and treatment plans are determined by licensed physicians following an in-person evaluation.

We are not liable for medical complications, outcomes, or dissatisfaction arising from procedures performed by third-party providers.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

Quotations are given after a medical evaluation and may change based on clinical findings.
Booking deposits may be required to secure your treatment plan and travel arrangements.
Full payment is typically required before or on the day of treatment, payable directly to the clinic.
Cancellations or date changes must be requested at least 7 days before your appointment. Refunds are subject to partner clinic policy.

5. Travel & Accommodation

You are responsible for securing valid travel documents (e.g. visa, passport) and adhering to local travel laws. DrBeauty.tr can assist with hotel bookings and airport transfers, but is not liable for missed flights, delays, or third-party travel issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and media on DrBeauty.tr, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to DrBeauty or its licensors. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DrBeauty.tr is not responsible for:

Third-party clinic or doctor malpractice
Travel-related incidents, delays, or cancellations
Data loss due to technical faults or external breaches

Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide, and to the maximum extent permitted by law.
